Yes. Many of our professionals offer same-day availability depending on your location and the service type. Availability is shown in real-time during booking.
How do I reschedule or cancel a booking?
Go to "My Bookings" in your account. You can reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 2 hours before your appointment.
Payments & Pricing
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Tabby (Buy Now Pay Later), and Tamara. All payments are processed securely through PCI-compliant gateways.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. Any additional charges (e.g., materials) are clearly communicated before the service begins.
How do refunds work?
If you cancel within the free window, you get a full refund instantly. For service disputes, our team reviews within 24 hours and issues refunds where applicable.
