Welcome to ServiceBooking AE. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, booking a service, or otherwise using our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services Description
ServiceBooking is a technology platform that connects customers with independent home service professionals. We do not directly provide cleaning, beauty, maintenance, or other physical services — we facilitate the connection, scheduling, and payment.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Bookings & Payments
When you book a service:
- You agree to pay the total amount shown at checkout, including any applicable taxes.
- Payment is processed securely at the time of booking unless a "Pay Later" option is selected.
- Prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED).
- Additional materials or services requested on-site may incur extra charges with your prior approval.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made more than 2 hours before the scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
6. Professional Conduct
Service professionals are independent contractors. They are expected to perform services with skill, care, and professionalism. Customers agree to provide a safe working environment and accurate descriptions of the required work.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, ServiceBooking shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific booking in question.
8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
